Crystal Squaring Roller Mill

Product introduction QFM210 crystal squaring roller mill is used for squaring, external barreling and grinding of 4”—8” monocrystal or polycrystal and is ideal processing equipment of the crystal manufacturers. The control unit uses imported digital control system and the movement of all axes uses servo drive, so it is stable and reliable and has high processing precision; Man-machine interface uses imported touch screen and it is featured with stable performance and intuitionistic characteristic and is easy to operate. The integrated equipment is reasonably arranged. Bases, work benches, columns, various feeding slides and other parts are all made of the castings with high strength, good rigidity and excellent shock-absorbing property and all of these parts are stable in quality. The guide rails of the four linear movement shafts are all made of the linear rolling guide, of which three movement shafts needing to control the dimension accuracy uses ball screw to drive, so it has small moving resistance of the slide, high control accuracy with easy maintenance. There is a kind of squaring saw blade assembly part for each of the three different types of crystal bars which are 4”, 6”and 8” and it is able to change the distance between the two saw blades easily and quickly. The clamping of crystal bars uses hydraulic control and is convenient, flexible and clamping reliable.
